Where Are Your Cabins Located?

Our cabins are located just off US HWY 259 N in Hochatown, OK. Hochatown is an unincorporated community 12 miles North of Broken Bow, OK. We are only minutes away from Cedar Creek Golf Course, Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park and Hochatown restaurants.

Are Your Cabins on the Lake or River?

Broken Bow Lake and Mountain Fork River are on property owned by the US. Government and controlled by the U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers. There are no private owned cabins on the lake or directly below the lake on Mountain Fork River. Many of our properties are located in the Timber Creek Trails area and some are located on a small seasonal creek that feed the lake. Check amenities and maps for cabin locations.

What Do We Need To Bring?

Our cabins come fully furnished. The only thing you need to bring is food, clothes and personal hygiene items. We provide fully furnished kitchens, including cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, and glasses. We also provide propane gas grills, towels, and “pressed” linens.  At the time that you “book” your cabin with us, there is an option to purchase firewood for outdoor pits. We have small and large bundles for sale. However, you may want to bring fire starter logs for help starting an outside fire.

What Are the Cost to Rent a Cabin?

Cabin rental cost vary by size and seasonality. Typically our cabins cost between $135.00 to $250 per night with two night minimums. See policies for more detailed information on cost.

Are 1 Night Stays Available?

Occasionally we have one night available if an opening is between two different reservations. If one night is available we will rent for one night with pricing starting at $300.00.  Call us at 580-584-3824 for more information

Can We Check In Early?

We allow early check in if the cabin has not been occupied the night before. If guest were staying in the cabin the night before we cannot allow early checking since our cleaning staff will be preparing the cabins for your arrival. Our check out time is 11:00 A.M. and if you do arrive in the area after this time you can drop off all non-valuables such as ice chest or drop off your trailer at your cabin. We cannot be responsible for any item dropped off early.

What is the Driving Distance to Broken Bow?

• 198 miles from downtown Dallas, TX (3-3.5 hours driving time)

• 255 miles from downtown Oklahoma City, OK (4 hours driving time)

• 215 miles from downtown Tulsa, OK (3.5 hours driving time)

• 156 miles from downtown Shreveport, LA ( 3 hour drive)

• 151 miles from downtown Tyler, TX (3 hour drive)

• 138 miles from downtown Longview, TX ( 2.5 hour drive)

Are their Physical Addresses for the Cabins?

NO. There are no physical addressed for the cabins in the area. We are currently undergoing a 911 mapping process but it is not available yet. DO NOT USE GPS TO FIND YOUR CABINS, IT WILL NOT WORK. PLEASE PRINT AND BRING YOUR CONFIRMATION SHEET WITH YOU. The confirmation sheet will provide you with detailed driving directions as well as information to get into your cabin.

How Do We Check In?

There is no central check in facility. Just bring your directions and use the key codes to access key boxes or the doors directly. When you leave please put the key back into the key box . If you need help while you are staying with us please call our number listed on your confirmation sheet.
