2 day weekend, 3 day holiday weekend.

* Reservation guarantee with credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa & Discover. Credit Cards will be charged 7 days in advance for Holiday reservations.

* Discounts apply to 4 night stays. Discount does not apply to holiday weekends). Call for details.

* Check in: 3:00 pm (4:00 pm on Sunday) Check out: 11:00 am.

* Owner/management are not liable or responsible for damages/losses to guest property or person.

* All cancellations MUST be made 10 or more days prior to arrival and must be confirmed by the manager. Messages left on answering machines, e-mails, and cell phone voice mail service are not reliable means of communication.

* All cancellations will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

* All cancellations made after 10 days WILL be charged 1 nights rent.

* Cancellations made on the day of arrival are considered NO SHOWS and are charged 100%.

* Missing items/damages will be charged to guest account.

* Overcrowding of the cabins or having more guests than detailed in the original reservation will result in a charge of up to $100.00

* Additional cleaning will require a $50 over charge.
