Minimum reservations:
2 day, 3 day holiday weekend.
1 day reservations are accepted when one day is open between two existing reservations; $250.00/night for 2 bedroom cabins and $300.00/night for 3 and 4 bedroom cabins. Please call management company for accomodations.

*Dog Policy: Sundowncabinrentals.com welcomes dogs. Please refer to cabin description for cabins that are dog friendly. Maximum number of dogs with reservation is limited to two dogs per cabin. Any dog over 35 pounds must be crated while inside cabin. Charge is $15.00 per dog per day.

* Reservation guarantee with credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover. Credit Cards will be charged 7 days in advance for all reservations.

* A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required when reservation is made. This deposit will be applied to your reservation balance.

* 10%Discount applies to 4 night stays. Discount does not apply to holiday weekends). Discount will be applied when reservation is confirmed by management company.

* At least one person in your party must be 18 years old or older.

* Please print your reservation confirmation reciept and driving directions as these will be required to find your lodging.

* Check in: 3:00 pm (4:00 pm on Sunday) Check out: 11:00 am.

* Owner/management are not liable or responsible for damages/losses to guest property or person.

*Privacy Policy:
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

* All cancellations MUST be made 10 or more days prior to arrival and must be confirmed by the manager. Messages left on answering machines, e-mails, and cell phone voice mail service are not reliable means of communication.

* All charges will be processed 7 days prior to arrival unless approved by management

* All cancellations will forfeit the $50.00 deposit.

* All cancellations made after 10 days WILL be charged 1 nights rent.

* Cancellations made on the day of arrival are considered NO SHOWS and are charged 100%.

* Missing items/damages will be charged to guest account.

* See cabin descriptions for maximum number of guests per cabin.

* Overcrowding of the cabins or having more guests than detailed in the original reservation will result in a charge of up to $100.00

* $10 extra per night for each person over 4 in 2 bedroom cabins and over 6 in 3 bedroom cabins.

* Kids 16 and under stay free.

* Additional cleaning will require a $50 over charge.
