Enjoy the greeting of the replica bugling elk as you arrive at the lodge.  The cabin is rustic yet modern with three bedrooms a pullout couch and a full kitchen.  Everything you need except for food, drinks and charcoal are provided with this lodge for your perfect family getaway.

The Elk Horn is located on the head Yashaw Creek (water is seasonal) and is a refreshing place as mentioned by the owner and author of the above poem.  The Elk Horn offers a relaxing environment reminiscent of a Rocky Mountain Lodge.  The Elk Horn is has a sister cabin to The Cherokee Maiden which is located next to it.  Also located close to each of these cabins is The Red Fox Den.
The lodge has plenty of ample decking on the front and back with a charcoal grill for your use.  The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, cable TV and board games.  The master bedroom has a king size bed with a gas fireplace and has an attached master bathroom.
